About Us
Three Paths, One Dream
A few years ago, the Artemis team had an idea—one that many in our profession share: “Let’s start a business.” What started as a shared idea brought us together. First we became colleagues, then friends, and eventually we took the next step: building something of our own.
Meet the owners
Piotr — A Polish veterinary surgeon and dedicated vet with special interests in diagnostic imaging, dermatology and dentistry.
Branca — A Portuguese veterinary surgeon specialised in emergency and critical care, BOAS surgery and cruciate ligament repair.
Elana — A Registered Veterinary Nurse with a certificate and diploma in nursing consultations, with interests in nutrition and pain management.
Now, together with our wonderful receptionists, nurses and our talented groomer Amy, we are proud to welcome you into our dream—Artemis Veterinary Clinic. As an independent veterinary practice, Artemis Veterinary Clinic is dedicated to delivering outstanding veterinary care. We take the time to build lasting relationships with pets and their families, ensuring every patient receives the attention, expertise and compassion they deserve.

Branca Gregory is an experienced veterinary surgeon with over two decades in practice. She graduated 21 years ago and spent 15 years working in A&E within a busy referral centre in Leeds, where she developed extensive expertise in emergency and critical care. She is currently advancing her clinical focus through training in orthopaedics, with a specialist interest in BOAS surgery. Outside of work, Branca is a mother of two and shares her home with her 12-year-old Boxer dog, Smartie. She enjoys exercise, reading, and plays golf competitively for Warwickshire County.
My name is Dr Piotr Kubiak, and I have been working in veterinary medicine for the past 12 years. I graduated from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Poland in 2014. My journey began in Finland, caring for small and large animals, before moving to the UK. For the past nine years I have worked as a locum veterinarian in a wide variety of practices, developing a particular interest in dermatology and diagnostic imaging. Together with Branca and Elana, I founded Artemis Veterinary Clinic. I enjoy challenging medical cases and complex surgeries. Outside work I paint Warhammer miniatures, play on my PS4, and hike with my wife in the Scottish Highlands.
Elana has worked in veterinary practice since 2016 and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2021. She is passionate about high-quality patient care and strong relationships with pets and owners. Elana has achieved the Certificate and Diploma in Nursing Consultation Skills, supporting nursing consultations and preventative healthcare. She shares her home with Phoebe, Mowgli, Max and Ava, and enjoys hiking, exploring the countryside, and family time.
Amy has been grooming dogs since May 2015 and has an interest in dog behaviour and training. She completed the Certificate of Higher Education Canine Studies through Solihull College and University Centre in 2016. Amy trained within a big company for 6 years before joining our team as our groomer. She enjoys the creativity of grooming, attends seminars and webinars, and is Canine First Aid trained and Level 2 City and Guilds qualified. Amy has a senior Jack Russell called Kody.
Hi, I’m Jasmine! I’ve worked in the veterinary profession for 7 years and love helping animals and supporting their owners. I’m passionate about compassionate care and making every visit stress-free. Outside work, I spoil my kitten, Miso.
