Excellent service and a highly professional and knowledgeable team. I would especially like to highlight Dr Branca, who not only demonstrated great veterinary knowledge and professionalism, but was also incredibly kind, gentle and understanding.
It was particularly important to me that she speaks Spanish, Portuguese and English, as my limited English can sometimes make communication difficult. Thanks to her, I was able to explain my pet’s situation clearly and feel truly understood and supported throughout the entire process. You can clearly see the respect, dedication and genuine love she has for animals. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this veterinary practice, and especially Dr Branca. An excellent professional and a truly wonderful person. ❤️
